Ingredients
1large slice sourdough bread
1/2avocadomashed
1/2lemonjuiced
1/2cuparugula
4cherry tomatoes
1poached egg
Ground pepper to taste
1/8tspred pepper flakes
1tbspsesame tahini
1/2tspolive oil
Instructions
Mash avocado and lemon juice together
Toast sourdough slice and top with avocado, cherry tomatoes, arugula, poached egg, tahini, olive oil, ground pepper and red pepper flakes
