Blueberry Chia Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

Chia pudding

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1-2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder or collagen peptides

Instructions

  • In a cup or sealed container, mix together ingredients for chia pudding. Let sit in fridge for 4+ hours (or overnight).
  • Once the chia pudding has thickened, make the smoothie by combining all ingredients in high-powered blender to blend.
  • Pour smoothie over chia pudding and enjoy! Feel free to top with coconut flakes, granola, nut butter, etc.
