Dice up red bell pepper and add to large mixing bowl with organic meat, cilantro, spinach, flaxseed and seasonings.
Use your hands and mix thoroughly, then form into 4-5 patties.
Heat skillet (or grill) on medium with avocado oil. Add patties once oil is hot, but not smoking. Cover, and let cook about 5-7 minutes on either side, or until cooked through.
Once done, build burgers with butter lettuce, tomato, avocado, red onion and condiments.
Turn oven on broil, high heat (500 degrees F).
Slice sweet potatoes into wedges. Spray or toss with oil (use as little as possible-- wedges get crispier with less oil) and season.
Lay sweet potato wedges on parchment paper covered sheet pan and let broil for 12-15 minutes, flipping towards the end.
