Crust

pecans

almond flour

maple syrup or honey

shredded coconut

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Wash and slice peaches. Add to large bowl along with remainder of filling ingredients. Stir gently and thoroughly.
Pour filling mixture into 9-10 inch skillet or 8x8 baking dish.
Prepare crust by pulsing pecans in food processor for 10-20 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and pulse again until desired consistency.
Pour crust over the top of filling mixture in skillet or dish.
Bake for 40 minutes until topping is golden brown and crispy. Enjoy!
