Chop all veggies and set aside. Trim & tenderize chicken, then dice into small cubes.
Sauté minced garlic + onion in avocado oil and sesame oil for 4-5 minutes in a large skillet. Add chicken to brown, then add remaining ingredients. Cover and let cook for 7-10 minutes on medium-low heat.
Top with addition sesame seeds & green onion. Pour over brown rice + greens. Enjoy! :)
