- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2-3 frozen organic strawberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1-2 handfuls organic spinach (I prefer it frozen)
- 1 tsp camu camu powder (rich in vitamin C)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein (check my Protein blog post for which ones I use)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
