Quick & Healthy PB&J Smoothie

The best PB&J smoothie to satisfy a sweet tooth! Packed with healthy ingredients, I'm sure you will love it :)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2-3 frozen organic strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1-2 handfuls organic spinach (I prefer it frozen)
  • 1 tsp camu camu powder (rich in vitamin C)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein (check my Protein blog post for which ones I use)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together and top with a fresh strawberry and/or my 20-Min Paleo Granola you can find on my website :) Enjoy!
