PB&Strawberry Oats

  • 1/2 cup sprouted organic rolled oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp ground flax (fiber)
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds (omega-3s)
  • Few shakes cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla proteinĀ 
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk


  • 1 spoonful peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • sprinkle cinnamon
  • 3 fresh strawberries, sliced


  1. Boil water on the stove, then add the oats. Reduce heat to simmer and let oats thicken.

  2. Stir in flax, hemp and cinnamon.

  3. Once the water has been soaked up, remove from heat and slowly pour in protein powder & stir (all of it at once will make it clumpy).

  4. Top with sliced strawberries, cacao nibs, almond milk and a spoonful of peanut butter!
