PB&Strawberry Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sprouted organic rolled oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp ground flax (fiber)
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds (omega-3s)
  • Few shakes cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein 
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Toppings

  • 1 spoonful peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • sprinkle cinnamon
  • 3 fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  • Boil water on the stove, then add the oats. Reduce heat to simmer and let oats thicken.
  • Stir in flax, hemp and cinnamon.
  • Once the water has been soaked up, remove from heat and slowly pour in protein powder & stir (all of it at once will make it clumpy).
  • Top with sliced strawberries, cacao nibs, almond milk and a spoonful of peanut butter!
