Renew Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen organic strawberries
  • 1/4 fresh orange, peeled
  • 1/2-1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 big handful greens (spinach, power greens) I love them frozen best!!
  • 1 small chunk fresh or frozen ginger, peeled
  • 1/3 frozen avocado (healthy fats, fiber & texture)
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric spice
  • few shakes ground pepper (increases absorption of turmeric!)
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • option: for vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together! Enjoy :)
