Ingredients

banana
1/2
cup
unsweetened almond milk
1
pasture-raised egg
1/2
tsp
vanilla
3
tbsp
unflavored collagen peptides
or vanilla protein powder
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/3
cup
cassava flour
or sub coconut flour
2
tbsp
ground flaxseed
1/4
tsp
baking powder
Optional:
if batter is too liquidy, add 1 tbsp coconut flour
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender to blend for 1 minute.
Heat pan on medium-low then spray with coconut oil.
Drop batter (about 1/3 cup) in pan and turn the heat on low to let cook 3-4 minutes each side.
