Ingredients

full fat organic coconut milk
I used Trader Joe's canned coconut milk

unsweetened almond milk

steamed then frozen cauliflower
easier on digestion

ice cubes

avocado

ground flax

MCT oil

tbsp
cacao powder

tbsp
cacao nibs
Cinnamon
Sea salt

serving collagen peptides
or protein powder

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend for 2-3 minutes.
Top with coconut shreds, cacao nibs and granola. Enjoy!
