Ingredients

cup
sprouted lentils
cooked
1/2
cup
diced organic sprouted extra firm tofu
3/4
cup
riced broccoli
1/4
cup
diced carrot
1
tbsp
olive oil
1/2
tbsp
minced garlic
3
tbsp
green onion
chopped
1/2
avocado
diced
1
tbsp
nutritional yeast
Nama Shoyu Sauce 1.5 tbsp lemon juice2 tsp Tamari
or soy sauce2 tbsp ginger stir-in paste1.5 tbsp minced garlic1-2 tbsp sesame tahini1-2 tbsp water
Instructions
In a small skillet, sauté diced organic sprouted extra firm tofu, riced broccoli and diced carrot in oil and minced garlic for 5-7 minutes
Whisk together ingredients for Nama Shoyu Sauce and set aside
Add both veggie mixture and lentils to large bowl and mix with Nama Shoyu sauce & chopped green onion to toss
Top with finely diced avocado and nutritional yeast for an added cheesy flavor and extra nutrients
