My Take On Life Alive Cafe's Green Goddess Bowl With Nama Shoyu Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sprouted lentils cooked
  • 1/2 cup diced organic sprouted extra firm tofu
  • 3/4 cup riced broccoli
  • 1/4 cup diced carrot
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp green onion chopped
  • 1/2 avocado diced
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Nama Shoyu Sauce 1.5 tbsp lemon juice2 tsp Tamari or soy sauce2 tbsp ginger stir-in paste1.5 tbsp minced garlic1-2 tbsp sesame tahini1-2 tbsp water

Instructions

  • In a small skillet, sauté diced organic sprouted extra firm tofu, riced broccoli and diced carrot in oil and minced garlic for 5-7 minutes
  • Whisk together ingredients for Nama Shoyu Sauce and set aside
  • Add both veggie mixture and lentils to large bowl and mix with Nama Shoyu sauce & chopped green onion to toss
  • Top with finely diced avocado and nutritional yeast for an added cheesy flavor and extra nutrients
