Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 pasture-raised egg
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp Rootz Nutrition Chocolate Banana Nut Paleo Protein
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder

Toppings:

  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 banana

Instructions

  • Blend ingredients together and pour onto coconut oil sprayed waffle iron.
  • Drop a few dark chocolate chips in each and let cook.
  • Top with honey, sliced banana and a drizzle of creamy peanut butter and hemp seeds.
