Peanut Buttery Banana Blueberry Protein Pancakes

The fluffiest, moist pancakes with delicious flavor and a sweet kick. Also, what's better than blender pancakes??

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp vanilla protein
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana

Instructions

  • Blend ingredients together and pour about 1/3 cup batter onto coconut oil sprayed pan
  • Drop some blueberries into batter and cook until brown on either side (2-4 minutes)
  • Top cakes with heated up frozen blueberries, Manuka Honey, coconut flakes and cinnamon
