I cheated and bought the refrigerated riced cauli from Trader Joe's-- less of a mess!

juiced

olive oil
Sea salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and let chill in the fridge 1 hour before serving
Throw inside a heated pita pocket filled with hummus and sauteed chicken sausage
