Zucchini Banana Bread Oats

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup steel cut oats
  • 1-2 tbsp buckwheat
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp Nikki’s Coconut Butter Vanilla Cake Batter
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp crushed walnuts

Instructions

  • Cook oats & buckwheat according to package on the stove in water
  • When done, add rest of ingredients and heat for another 2-3 minutes
  • Remove from burner & top with 1/2 banana, frozen blueberries, walnuts and a drizzle of Nikki’s Coconut Cake Batter Coconut Butter
