Creamy Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds (for a boost of protein and fiber nutrition)
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (for a boost of fiber and healthy fats)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Toppings:

  • fresh berries
  • raw honey
  • pecans
  • cacao nibs

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in bowl or jar and stir/whisk vigorously.
  • Store in air-tight container or mason jar overnight, or at least for an hour to allow mixture to thicken.
  • In the morning, feel free to top with fresh fruit, nuts, coconut butter, nut butter, etc. and enjoy!
