Creamy Chia Pudding

Ingredients

cup
unsweetened nut milk
1/4
cup
chia seeds
1
tbsp
hemp seeds
(for a boost of protein and fiber nutrition)
1
tbsp
ground flaxseed
(for a boost of fiber and healthy fats)
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/4
tsp
cinnamon
Toppings:
fresh berries
raw honey
pecans
cacao nibs
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in bowl or jar and stir/whisk vigorously.
Store in air-tight container or mason jar overnight, or at least for an hour to allow mixture to thicken.
In the morning, feel free to top with fresh fruit, nuts, coconut butter, nut butter, etc. and enjoy!
