Ingredients

chickpeas, drained & rinsed
1/2
cup
pumpkin puree
(not pumpkin pie filling)
1/4
cup
extra virgin olive oil
1
lemon, squeezed
3
tbsp
tahini
1/2
tsp
paprika
1/2
tsp
cumin
pink salt, to taste
ground pepper, to taste
Toppings
1
tsp
'everything' seasoning
3
tbsp
fresh parsley, roughly chopped
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until it reaches a smooth consistency. Serve with 'everything' seasoning, fresh parsley and paprika. Enjoy!!
