Ingredients
6-8strawberriesthinly sliced
1/2cupdairy-free chocolate chips
1teaspooncoconut oil
1/4cuppeanut butter
Cacao nibsto sprinkle on top
Crushed peanutsto sprinkle on top, optional
Flakey sea salt
Instructions
Slice strawberries thinly, then arrange them in flower-shapes over a parchment paper-lined baking sheet (or any flat serving dish), using about 5 slices for each, with the tips facing the center.
Add melted chocolate (I heated dairy-free dark chocolate chips with a small spoonful of coconut oil) over top each piece of bark, freeze for 3-5 minutes, then add creamy peanut butter.
Stir over the chocolate, add cacao nibs and/or crushed nuts, then freeze until peanut butter has hardened, about 20-30 minutes.
Remove from freezer and add flakey sea salt. Enjoy right away or transfer to the fridge / keep out at room temp, so the strawberries can soften.
Store any leftovers (if there are any!) in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.
