Ingredients
4pasture-raised boiled eggs, chopped
1ripe organic avocado
1tablespoonDijon or stone-ground mustard
1tablespoonfresh lemon juice
½teaspoonsea salt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
1tablespoonEverything Bagel seasoning
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mash the avocado until smooth.
Fold in the chopped boiled eggs, stir in the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, everything bagel seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Sprinkle with additional Everything Bagel seasoning.
Serve with crackers, in lettuce wraps, or on toast. Enjoy!
