Avocado Egg Salad (No Mayo!) with Everything Bagel Seasoning

This no-mayo Avocado Egg Salad is creamy, zesty, and sprinkled with Everything Bagel seasoning—a feel-good lunch you’ll crave on repeat.

Ingredients

  • 4 pasture-raised boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 ripe organic avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon or stone-ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mash the avocado until smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped boiled eggs, stir in the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, everything bagel seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Sprinkle with additional Everything Bagel seasoning.
  • Serve with crackers, in lettuce wraps, or on toast. Enjoy!
