Optional: Roll (or lightly dust) each ball in extra cacao powder before chilling.
Chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
To Store:
Store brownie bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 3 months. If frozen, let thaw for about 10 minutes before enjoying for best texture.
Notes
Recipe Swaps & Substitutions:
Nut/seed butter: Swap almond butter for cashew, peanut, or sunflower seed butter (whatever you prefer!).
Chocolate chips: Stir into the batter before rolling into balls for extra chocolate flavor, or skip to keep bites simple.
Collagen peptides: Can be replaced with your favorite protein powder. Note: protein powder may make the mixture slightly drier and change the flavor—add a splash more milk as needed to form a sticky dough.
Cacao powder: Roll bites in extra cacao for added antioxidants, or simply sprinkle over the top.
