Ingredients

rolled oats

scoop vanilla vegan protein

tbsp
chia seeds

tsp
cinnamon

tbsp
Nikkis Coconut Butter cashew cookie coconut butter

tsp
baking powder

tbsp
chopped cashews
1/4
cup
frozen blackberries
1/2-3/4
cup
unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into small baking dish (The less liquid--> more of a dry, cake-like texture)
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
Remove from oven and drizzle with coconut butter & cinnamon
