The perfect fall treat! Get creative with ingredients if you're missing one or two things - they're so easy to throw together and customize however you like. Each little ball contains vitamins a, b, c and e, not to mention healthy fats and fiber!

Ingredients
1/3cuppumpkin purée
1/2cupalmond butter
1/2cuppecans
3tbspmaple syrup
2tbspground flax
1/2cupcoconut flour
1/4tspground ginger
1/4tspnutmeg
1tspcinnamon
2tbspshredded coconut
Topping
2tbspshredded coconut
Instructions
Add all ingredients minus topping into a food processor and pulse until well-combined.
Roll into bite-sized balls, place on a parchment paper covered plate, then refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Add shredded coconut topping to a deep dish and roll each ball until fully coated. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy! :)
