Dressed-up Heirloom Tomatoes

Ingredients

medium to large
Heirloom tomatoes
1
avocado
1/4
cup
crumbled feta cheese
2
tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
flakey sea salt
Instructions
Thinly slice heirloom tomatoes and avocado.
On a large plate or serving platter, layer the tomatoes and avocado, then sprinkle crumbled feta over the top.
To garnish, drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of flakey sea salt. Enjoy!
