Dressed-up Heirloom Tomatoes
- 3-4 medium to large Heirloom tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- flakey sea salt
- Thinly slice heirloom tomatoes and avocado.
- On a large plate or serving platter, layer the tomatoes and avocado, then sprinkle crumbled feta over the top.
- To garnish, drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of flakey sea salt. Enjoy!
