Dressed-up Heirloom Tomatoes

  • 3-4 medium to large Heirloom tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • flakey sea salt


  • Thinly slice heirloom tomatoes and avocado.
  • On a large plate or serving platter, layer the tomatoes and avocado, then sprinkle crumbled feta over the top.
  • To garnish, drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of flakey sea salt. Enjoy!
