Using a silicone mold, pour enough chocolate in each cup to cover the bottom. Use the back of a spoon to press some chocolate up the sides. Then transfer to freezer for 15 minutes to harden.
Add all the filling ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
Roll the filling into small enough balls, then press one ball into each cup.
Evenly pour the remaining chocolate over the top and transfer to the freezer to harden for 30 more minutes.
Once hardened, remove from the molds, top with flakey salt and enjoy!

Keep in a sealed container on the counter for several days, or store in the fridge or freezer to keep fresh longer.
