Grilled Peaches

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 1-2 tbsp local honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped peans or walnuts
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon
  • Coconut oil spray or 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

Instructions

  • Slice peaches in half and place face up on plate. Spray with coconut oil and season generously with cinnamon.
  • Transfer face-down to hot grill and let cook for 8-12 minutes.
  • Remove and top with drizzled honey and nuts. Enjoy!
