- 2 ripe peaches
- 1-2 tbsp local honey
- 1/4 cup chopped peans or walnuts
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon
- Coconut oil spray or 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- Slice peaches in half and place face up on plate. Spray with coconut oil and season generously with cinnamon.
- Transfer face-down to hot grill and let cook for 8-12 minutes.
- Remove and top with drizzled honey and nuts. Enjoy!
