Crispy Buttery Broccolini

Ingredients

broccolini

avocado oil

ghee

sea salt
Instructions
Prep the broccolini. Wash, then trim the ends, slice the thicket stems in half lengthwise (top to bottom).
Heat a medium to large skillet over medium heat (cast iron works great for crispy edges). Once hot, add avocado oil and ghee.
Add the broccolini and cook, tossing and covering to help steam for about 10 minutes, or until it softens and begins to crisp on the edges.
Add the sea salt to the skillet and toss until evenly coated, then serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
