An easy, healthier homemade version of Greek Feta Fries that'll be sure to impress everyone. Perfectly delicious on their own but also pairs well with my Greek Burgers. No matter how you serve them, you won't be disappointed!

Ingredients
3-5medium yellow potatoes
3-4tablespoonsavocado oil
1/3cupcrumbled feta
2tablespoonsextra virgin olive oilto drizzle over the top
2teaspoonsfresh oreganoroughly chopped
1teaspoonflakey sea saltI like Maldon
Instructions
Slice potatoes into strips.
Add avocado oil to a skillet so that it covers the entire base, and heat on medium-high.
Once the oil is hot, add potatoes to skillet and cook until golden brown, flip, and continue frying until potatoes are tender.
Once done, use tongs to remove fries from skillet and add to a bowl or serving plate. Then add crumbled feta, freshly chopped oregano, flaky sea salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy!
