3-Ingredient Salted Almond Butter Cups

Servings: 4 mini cups


  • 8 tbsp heated Nikkis Coconut Butter, Chocolate Fudge
  • 4 tbsp nut butter of choice
  • Sea salt


  • Fill several cups of a mini muffin tin with 1 tbsp heated Nikki’s Coconut Butter, Chocolate Fudge
  • Place in freezer for about 10 minutes to harden
  • Remove and add a dollop of 1/2 tbsp nut butter of choice
  • Drizzle another tbsp fudge coconut butter over the top and sprinkle sea salt
  • Freeze for another 10 minutes
