Loaded Apple Nachos

Feel free to make this recipe added sugar-FREE by removing the maple syrup and choosing 100% cacao chocolate!

Ingredients 

  • 1 Honeycrisp apple

Drizzle

  • 3 tbsp creamy nut butter, (I used SunButter organic sunflower butter)
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup, (can adjust based on preference)

Toppings

  • coconut flakes
  • hemp seeds
  • shaved chocolate, (I use Eating Evolved)
  • pecans
  • cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Cut apple into slices.
  • Mix Drizzle ingredients together in a small bowl and drizzle over the apple slices.
  • Sprinkle toppings over the drizzled apple slices and enjoy!
