The holidays are here and so is the ultimate healthy Thanksgiving Menu! Over the years I’ve developed my own versions of the classic recipes from my childhood. They taste even better knowing they’re made with real ingredients – no food coma necessary.

How To Make Thanksgiving Recipes Healthier

All of my recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar–free, and my holiday menu is no exception. I feel my best when my plate is balanced! Plenty of protein, colorful veggies, satisfying carbs, and—of course—a little dessert. I love a classic Thanksgiving spread as much as anyone, but you won’t find a traditional green bean casserole on our table. My family always prefers my Green Bean Sauté with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Pine Nuts—it’s simple, fresh, and packed with bold flavor. Keep reading for more of my healthy thanksgiving menu recipes!
