I’ve been teasing and finalizing details for a while now, but my Pregnancy Workout Program is launching so soon and I can’t wait for it to be out in the real world for you to experience. Exercise is such an important part of my physical and mental health routine, and working out throughout my pregnancy helped my daily routine feel normal and truly kept me more energized. Not to mention this guide definitely helped prep me for the endurance, strength, and mobility required for labor.

I love recruiting my GOOD // SWEAT fam to help test all my programs before I launch them because your feedback is so so valuable to me. This program is no different! I’m looking for a few expecting mama’s (anywhere from 10-34 weeks) to test a few weeks of this program and provide feedback on your experience. More details below!

The Details + Requirements

  • I’ll be choosing a small group of pregnant mamas (who are currently 10 weeks-34 weeks pregnant) to test 2-4 weeks of my unreleased workout program
  • Apply by taking the survey below *the window to apply closes June 24th at midnight*
  • We will reach out via email if you are chosen by Friday, June 28th. Don’t worry if you are not chosen, the entire guide will be available so soon!! 
  • Plan to begin testing the workouts by July 8th
  • Testers will be asked to stay consistent with workouts given and to fill out a feedback form following completion 😊 THANK YOU 🙏
