One thing you will always find in my fridge is chicken. In the summer, I love grilled chicken and eat it most nights – change out the sauce and sides and somehow it never gets boring. Well, unfortunately it’s not prime grilling season right now so I need to add a bit of spice back into my routine. Rounding up three of my recent favorites to inspire both myself and all of you to make a delicious dinner this week with the chicken that’s in your fridge!

1. GF Chicken Milanese With Alfredo Sauce

This dairy-free Alfredo sauce is so deliciously creamy, dreamy and it’s secretly my favorite part about this recipe. Made up of protein-packed, nutrient-rich chicken bone broth and cashews, it’s insanely delish and good for you, too. Click here for the recipe.

2. Cashew Chicken Stir Fry

When I recently updated my site, I didn’t transfer this one over – but all your requests made it loud and clear, this one had to make a comeback. So, here it is! Super simple to prepare and incredibly delicious, aka the weeknight, or any night, dinner of your dreams. Click here for the recipe.

Honestly, the salad of my dreams. Crispy Hot Honey Chicken, Caesar salad, croutons and grated parm (+ plenty more topping options). Can you think of a more ideal combo? This is truly a salad we all need in our lives. Click here for the recipe.
