If you wanted to know more about each of the ebooks I’ve created, you’ve come to the right place. I worked so hard to provide these digital guides with VALUE that you can take and incorporate into your everyday life from recipes in your kitchen to workouts in your garage, bedroom, gym, etc.. I can’t wait to hear what you think if you decide to snag one of my ebooks!
My fitness guides
I have 4 fitness guides to choose from and intentionally made them very different from one another so no matter where you’re at in your health journey, I promise there is a good fit for you.
If you’re looking for a holistic approach to wellness, including both nutrition and fitness, I would recommend Your Guide to the Good Life // Winter Edition or Good // Sweat At Home 1.0.
Your Guide to the Good Life // Winter Edition: this guide is by far the most diverse in content, from healthy recipes (12 of them!), to the ultimate self-care routine, and a 4-week workout program. This guide was designed with the cooler months in mind, and focuses on seasonal produce and goal setting when life slows down! That’s not to say you shouldn’t follow along in summer, because the Chai smoothie recipe that is exclusive to this guide goes down OFTEN in the heat!!
Good // Sweat At Home 1.0: this 6 Week At-Home guide includes 5 workouts per week using minimal equipment. This guide includes an in depth nutrition breakdown on carbs, fats, proteins + how to use food as fuel, and includes 19 of my favorite recipes. You can consider Good Sweat 1.0 to be your comprehensive guide to establishing a foundation of health and fitness. Oh, it also has weekly goal-setting for accountability, an exercise video glossary to learn best form, curated playlist AND access to my private facebook page with thousands of other Good-Sweaters to keep you motivated. If you’re new to my community, just starting your fitness journey, recently recovered from injury, or are coming from a very different form of movement (running, yoga/pilates, etc) I’d recommend you start with Good Sweat 1.0 — great for beginners through intermediates because I offer LOTS of material from what to eat before a workout, to proper form, to the best way to cool down and recover. Overtime and Good // Sweat At Home 2.0 will be waiting for you!
If you’re looking strictly for a workout plan, I would recommend Good Sweat Volume 1 (with access to more equipment), Good // Sweat 1.0 and OVERTIME (10-week bundle), or Good // Sweat 2.0.
Good Sweat Vol. 1: the very first RGE training guide ever!!! Released in 2019, this guide is geared toward working out in a gym (or at home, with more equipment). Because this guide uses a wider range of equipment (dumbbells, a barbell, resistance bands, a yoga ball and bosu ball, and a medicine ball) it’s perfect if you’re just starting to go back to a gym or when you’re traveling — who doesn’t love a hotel gym. Another feature of this guide that I love is that it is 10 weeks long, but available for purchase WEEK BY WEEK! That’s right — you can buy just one week if you’re curious, and then inevitably buy the rest of them when you’re hooked! Each week includes 4 workouts, using a range of equipment and varies in length from 20-60 minutes.
Good // Sweat 2.0: launched in tandem with Recreation Sweat, I built this 8-week guide to push you to your limit and get in the best shape of your life. Much like Good Sweat 1.0, this guide gets progressively harder as the weeks go by, includes 5 workouts per week with minimal equipment (just weights, a chair/bench, and always the option to include RecSweat gear for an extra burn), and has a full exercise glossary to focus on form and find modifications/substitutions for any move that you want to sub out AND throughout the guide you’ll find circuits/moves with an option for ELITE for my people who really want to push themselves. On top of that, there are also 2 on-demand workouts per week. That means you get to stream the workout and we’ll get to do it together – I’ll push you through!!! Finally, we included burnout videos to add onto any workout that are sure to. If you’re more experienced in fitness and already have your nutrition locked in, I’d recommend jumping right in to 2.0! Good Sweat 2.0 touches on nutrition and recovery, but the focus is definitely on training to get in the best shape of your life. 2.0 will take you to the next level in your fitness journey in just 8 weeks!
Finally, if you’re just looking for nutrition and healthy meal inspo, try my 7-Day Added Sugar Detox.
7-Day Added Sugar Detox: this e-book is absolutely loaded with nutrition info. I love this guide because it is basically a how-to guide in learning how to reduce added sugars in your diet and retrain your taste buds to become more sensitive to sweet tasting things. Not only does it include 22 recipes, but includes a full grocery list and tips for ordering out! This guide is seriously life changing — you’ll never realize how many sugars sneak into your food until you cut them out!
I purchased the good sweat and on page 12 it says that I should receive video access, how do I access the videos? Thank you!
Hi Liz! All exercise moves in the workouts as well as in the index in the back should hyperlink to a private YouTube video demonstration! If you have any issues please email [email protected] for further assistance 🙂 xx Rachael
