Ready for a reset?

Due to the amount of DM’s I get on the reg asking how to “get back on track” (trust me, I’ve been there), I designed a FREE week-long reset to help you get back to the habits and routines that make you feel good. I have a feeling you are going to love this one because I break it all down for you from your daily workouts to the recipes you’ll make from home to your grocery list!

Typically, whenever I get super busy I fail to prioritize myself. This can be anything from not going grocery shopping for days and just making the bare minimum work in the fridge + pantry, to not going to sleep by 10pm, causing me to suffer the following day, to even staring at my computer screen all day at my kitchen island hunched over, without taking any breaks outside or drinking enough water. Yes, I’ve gotten a lot better about going with the flow and taking the pressure off from being 100% ~wellness~ all of the time. And yes, when life gets busy (hello!) I roll with it – shorter workouts, the same dinner on repeat 3-4x a week, computer on until I go to sleep, etc. But at a certain point, we have to realize that we can’t continue that routine forever and that we need to take a little break (5-7 days) to buckle down and get back to our healthy routine that helps us thrive! My health and happiness always benefits from cooking fun new recipes in the kitchen, getting inspired, and having a workout plan laid out for me so I don’t have to think about it when I step foot in the gym. A little planning is not only good for motivation, but it also helps you stay accountable to your goals. Sometimes all you need is someone to do the planning for you so that you can breeze through the week… I got you!
