Now that I have officially passed the 6 week mark since having Hayes, I’m back in the gym! I stayed as active as possible during my pregnancy so I knew I didn’t want to spend too much downtime postpartum. My postpartum fitness essentials are all about comfort! I wanted to ease back into my routine and really prioritize rest and recovery.

The Everyday Bra and 5″ Core Biker Short from my brand Recreation Sweat have been my go-to workout uniform postpartum. The material is extra soft which is a plus and the adjustable bra straps are essential PP! I’ve been loving training in these Lululemon sneakers for extra support and my Recreation Sweat resistance bands have been great for adding more intensity into my workouts.
