Healthy Apple Crumble

This dessert turned out amazing! You can turn it full vegan by swapping for a fully vegan granola–

Ingredients 

Filling

  • 9 apples
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 lemon, squeezed

Crumble

  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 3 tbsp GF rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degree F
  • Slice all apples and remove the cores
  • Add apples to large mixing bowl and toss with coconut sugar, cornstarch (thickener), cinnamon, ginger and lemon juice
  • Pour into 9 x 12-in baking dish
  • Add ingredients listed for crumble into same mixing bowl and mix until thoroughly combined
  • Layer evenly over top of filling
  • Bake in oven for 50 minutes, or until starting to bubble

  1. One thing is that when you find yourself searching for a education loan you may find that you will want a co-signer. There are many conditions where this is correct because you will find that you do not employ a past credit rating so the bank will require that you have someone cosign the financial loan for you. Great post.
