Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch sea salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Whisk or use a hand mixer to combine the wet ingredients.
- Fold in dry ingredients, followed by roughly chopped walnuts and chocolate chips.
- Add parchment paper to a loaf tin, then pour in the batter. Add some more walnuts & choc chips.
- Â Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes!
This was delicious! I added some flakey sea salt on top. *chefs kiss!*
