There is still so much work to be done to support the Black community and I’m continuing to look out for more Black-owned businesses to support and share with you! I rounded up some brands that I know and love, but if you have more ideas or resources, please drop them in the comments below so we can continue the conversation 🙂
You guys know that I’m obsessed with Barcode. Bridge and I actually invested in the company before they launched to the public because we believe in it so much. I’m also good friends with Bar, the founder, who a Performance Coach for the LA Lakers. Barcode is like your favorite sports drinks from childhood but, so much better. These performance beverages are plant based, powered by adaptogens and supplemented with vitamin D. I’m crazy about the lemon lime, but the watermelon is just as good. It’s beneficial to drink before, during & after workouts, as well as anytime throughout the day. Use Rachael to save $$ on their site.
I’m all about clean, non-toxic ingredients that actually work and I’ve been using this deep conditioning mask / their conditioner for just over a year now. It’ll bring your hair back to life (perf for all of us in colder climates!).
Food and beauty products based on superfood ingredients. Supplements but like, make it delicious. The turmeric latte is to die for!
The Fit Cook
I’ve been following @fitmencook for years and always appreciate his recipes/cooking videos– he kills it! He came out with a full range of teas, spices, and even cookware. I’m eyeing up this lunch box, love a good organization moment.
Oh Happy Dani
I started following Dani in 2020 and I’ve never looked back! She continues to create the most positive graphics and even came out with a full collection of her work at Target! You can find more here.
Free of the top nine allergens (wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs, soy, fish, sesame and shellfish) as well as gluten-free and non-GMO, this company nailed down cookies, baking mixes, breakfast mixes and more! You guys know I’m a sucker for a good cookie, so check these out. And PS, free shipping thru the end of February.
Pipcorn is specialty heirloom popcorn, but extra crunchy and much smaller than normal popcorn. I first found out about them on Shark Tank (favorite show BTW), but love their branding and it makes the perfect snack for long car rides in my opinion!
I’m still learning about wine… (aka, not a big wine girl 🙋), but I see you guys tagging me in posts, using your bottles of wine for your weights. McBride Sisters wine has a variety of products for all you wine lovers. I’ve heard great things about the canned wine!
If you’re a bath person, you NEED this.
