Sweet Broiled Grapefruit

This is my favorite way to eat grapefruit! Broiling in the oven completely changes the flavor of your typical chilled grapefruit and it’s a sure way to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients 

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Coconut oil spray

Instructions 

  • Turn broil on high heat (500 degrees F).
  • Slice grapefruit in half and make cuts along all sections (optional as the heat will make it easy to spoon out either way).
  • Spray grapefruit with coconut oil and sprinkle with a generous amount of cinnamon.
  • Broil in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until just starting to brown. Remove and enjoy!
