I’m loving this community round of GOOD // SWEAT Strength Level Up. After months of programming and testing these workouts, it feels so good to be doing them with all of you. I love the Cardio + Core workouts in the guide, and I wanted to give one away for *free* so that even if you’re not apart of the community round, you can join in on the fun. If you started the guide with me in early January, we’re over half way through and getting into the more difficult workouts. I love the final weeks of the guide, there is just nothing that feels as good as surpassing my previous PRs!
