FAQ & Recipe Tips

What makes Greek burgers different from classic burgers?

Greek burgers typically use lean meat like turkey or chicken and incorporate Mediterranean flavors like oregano, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes — unlike traditional beef burgers.

Do I need to soak the fries?

Soaking removes extra starch and can make fries slightly crisper, but it’s optional. Thinner slices and careful cooking will still yield golden, crispy results without pre-soaking.

Best Potatoes for Greek Fries

Yellow or Yukon gold potatoes have a velvety texture and crisp beautifully when pan-fried and seasoned with oregano and sea salt.

This is a staple in my household, I am obsessed with this! We typically put the feta in the burger mixture instead of on top, just something we love to do. If I could make any suggestion, could we put the buns on the optional list? This is more for me, because I have forgotten them way more than I would like to admit and it would be a great help 😁
