I know we all love a good snack / charcuterie board and what’s more fun that making it holiday themed! I added more red/green elements, along with fresh rosemary for decoration and hit all the stops with fresh berries, veggies, grain-free crackers, nuts, salami, dark chocolate, etc. I made a much more detailed post on how to build the most epic charcuterie here if you want to check it out! It’s the perfect time to make one for your small gatherings or even going all out on yourself this holiday season šŸ˜‰ Sending hugs!

Total: 25 minutes

  • fresh strawberries
  • fresh raspberries
  • red/green grapes
  • sliced apples
  • cucumbers
  • olives, (these are marinated in lemon and garlic)
  • variety of crackers, (I typically use Simple Mills almond flour crackers, sourdough crackers, brown rice crackers)
  • variety of cheese, (I stick with goat cheese because there's little to no lactose)
  • Applegate salami
  • macadamia nuts
  • pecans
  • walnuts
  • candy canes
  • dark chocolate, (evolved chocolate is my go-to)
  • rosemary sprigs and pomegranate seeds for decoration

  • Time to build! šŸ™‚
