Whether you’re cooking for your mom or bringing a dish to share, these are some of my favorite and most popular recipes for gatherings. Happy Mother’s Day, enjoy!

SIDES & SALADS

Mom’s Famous Potato Salad – this one made it’s way into my cookbook for a reason 😊 I’m not a mayo gal, so the fact that this creamy and zesty potato salad is made with just extra virgin olive oil and mustard makes it a major winner! Plus, it’s a great side for any meal.

Bridger’s Favorite Salad – this salad is always a crowd pleaser. The goat cheese, fruit, nuts and balsamic are an unbeatable combo in my opinion.

RGE Cobb Salad – you can’t beat a classic! Plus, it’s my mom’s favorite.

SWEETS

Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread – this would be perfect for a Mother’s Day brunch, or wrapped up and tied with a cute bow as a gift!

PB Swirl Brownies – these are so indulgent tasting, but they’re refined sugar free and made with ingredients you most likely already have in your pantry.

Cookies are another great treat to make for Mother’s Day, whether as a dessert to pass or as a gift. Try my Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chai Chocolate Chip Cookies, or my Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies.

When in doubt, make a skillet. Served best warm with a big scoop of ice-cream in the middle, try my original Cookie Skillet or go all out and make my Chocolate Tahini Cookie Skillet.
