My cookbook has been in the works since April of 2021, but I feel like I’ve been working on this cookbook since I first started developing recipes in college. I’ve dreamed of writing a cookbook for years and now that it’s happening, I honestly cannot believe that I did it! I feel so incredibly lucky and I couldn’t have done it without your support, so thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My goal from day 1 has always been to inspire healthy, wholesome eating as the basis of feeling your absolute best. Just like all the recipes on my blog, I really wanted this book to be full of delicious recipes that are simple and approachable. There are 110 recipes total, including 76 brand new recipes, and as always, you can expect every single recipe to be gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined-sugar free! The category breakdown looks like this:

Breakfast | Smoothies | Salad & Greens | Soups | Mains | Snacks & Gatherings | Veggies & Sides | Sweets | Drinks

97% of the recipes are photographed, which was super important to me. I personally love flipping through pages of cookbooks where  I had the pleasure of working with the most insane team to nail the vibe of this cookbook. Bridger and I flew to Sonoma twice to shoot at their studio, and they even came to our house for a 2-day shoot for all the lifestyle content. I really wanted the aesthetic of the book to be a reflection of my lifestyle and look beautiful on a coffee table. The photography brought the recipes to life in a way that I never could have imagined and I’m so excited for you all to see it!

Though I had an incredible support system, every recipe and every detail was written, edited, and perfected by me — I really wanted this book to feel like an extension of my kitchen, a way for all of you to access the true RGE experience. For months all I did was cook, and even though I loved it and learned so much, it was very challenging at times. There were days that I’d test the same recipe 2-3 times in a row just to wake up the next day and do it all over again. You can ask Bridger how many batches of White Bean Chicken Chili we ate… it was alot. But being a perfectionist paid off because now I have 110 recipes that I am so proud of and confident that you are going to love. šŸ’˜
