It’s too easy to skip since it’s not the actual ‘workout’ but to let you in on a secret, your workout will only be as effective as your warmup. Need I say more?

  • How long should this lower body warmup take? About 5 minutes. Feel free to pick and choose from the moves I shared, or add on other stretches as your body needs.

  • What you’ll need: just 5 feet of space (IYKYK, shoutout to my quarantine workout girlies!) Optional: resistance band and a bench
