I’m currently in newborn bliss and I never want to leave this bubble! Hayes Harlington was born on June 3rd at 4:27pm. It was a wild 36 hours (birth story coming soon!) but I could not be happier that he’s finally here! Anyway, I’m in full recovery mode and wanted to share some of my postpartum essentials. Whether you’re a mom-to-be yourself of just want to save this post for later, here are the things that have been making my recovery that much easier…

First of all, I’ve been living in this nursing bra from Amazon. It’s so comfy and stretchy – a must for breastfeeding! Rest is so important for recovery, so a cozy blanket and magnesium have also been key lately. This peri bottle is the absolute best, and I’ve included a few of my favorite perineal sprays and washes down below.
