Peanut Butter Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter (the natural, drippy kind)
- 5 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl. Then stir in wet ingredients (including warmed honey). Lastly, stir in chocolate chips + sea salt.
- Line an 8×8 dish or pan with parchment and pour dough inside. Flatten with silicone spatula, add some more choc chips and place in freezer to set for 30 min.
- Remove and cut into bars. They’re ready to go! Store in airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy! 🙂
