Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Ingredients 

  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter (the natural, drippy kind)
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions 

  • Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl. Then stir in wet ingredients (including warmed honey). Lastly, stir in chocolate chips + sea salt.
  • Line an 8×8 dish or pan with parchment and pour dough inside. Flatten with silicone spatula, add some more choc chips and place in freezer to set for 30 min.
  • Remove and cut into bars. They’re ready to go! Store in airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy! 🙂

  3. How long do they keep for in the fridge? Can you freeze them? They look so delish but I’m not sure I can finish a whole batch in a week.
